Bless the Women

For the struggle has been deep,
It has penetrated them in more ways
than one, and compassion for them
was waning and waxing, it did not show
up as The Spirit that made them wanted
most.
I became a man, I mean maturity took me
as a son, it taught me its ways and of
the mystery that love makes and that lust
only takes.
I wondered often how a womb can realize
the seed in man, then I saw the obvious union
that she must also be himself.
My Creator was always here, not only in
my own reflection but also in the women
who carry the burden of my Being.
